Grouper island is a semi canyon style rock formation about 2km from the coast. This is one of the places where the deep cold water currents (rich in oxygen) mix with the warmer waters attracting many large fish.  You will find large shoals of small to large fish. Many large Groupers and Sea Bream live in the cracks. This site is an excellent site for a night dive, especially when the very large Groupers come out.
